Refund Policy

1. Overview

Grasp Visual (“we,” “us,” or “our”) wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may receive a refund for our Email to Print service and related products (collectively, the “Service”). All purchases and refunds are processed by our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all initial purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

This guarantee applies to:

  • Monthly subscription (first payment)
  • Annual subscription (first payment)
  • Lifetime license (one-time purchase)

No questions asked — simply contact us within 30 days and we will process your refund.

3. Refund Eligibility by Plan Type

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Within 30 days of initial purchase: Full refund of the first payment
  • After 30 days: No refund for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Renewal payments: Renewal charges are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged, cancel before your renewal date

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Within 30 days of initial purchase: Full refund of the annual payment
  • After 30 days but before the end of the annual period: Prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion, calculated based on the number of full unused months remaining. Contact us to discuss your situation
  • Renewal payments: If your annual subscription auto-renews and you did not intend to renew, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that renewal

3.3 Lifetime Licenses

  • Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund
  • After 30 days: Lifetime license purchases are non-refundable after the 30-day guarantee period

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at info@graspvisual.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include the following information:
    • The email address associated with your account
    • Your order number or transaction ID (from your receipt)
    • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days

5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
  • Refunds are processed through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy)
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Refund amounts are in the original currency of the transaction

6. Effect of Refund on Your Account

Upon approval of a refund:

  • Your subscription or license will be deactivated immediately (or at the end of the current billing period, at our discretion)
  • The Service will stop processing emails on your behalf
  • Your account data will be retained for 90 days in case you wish to resubscribe, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy
  • If you received a partial/prorated refund, your access continues until the end of the covered period

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the applicable refund period has expired
  • Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account termination
  • Repeated refund requests indicating abuse of the refund policy (e.g., purchasing and refunding multiple times)
  • Service issues caused by factors outside our control (e.g., your internet connection, printer hardware issues, or Gmail account restrictions)

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks result in additional fees and administrative burden for both parties. If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at info@graspvisual.com first. We commit to resolving payment disputes promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.

9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances arise. If your situation is not covered by this policy, please contact us at info@graspvisual.com. We review requests on a case-by-case basis and strive to be fair and reasonable.

Examples of special circumstances where we may grant exceptions:

  • Extended technical issues preventing use of the Service
  • Medical or personal emergencies
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance. The refund terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
