Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Email to Print service (“Service”) provided by Grasp Visual (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Email to Print is a desktop application that:
- Connects to your Gmail account (with your explicit consent)
- Monitors your email for messages matching specified patterns
- Automatically prints PDF attachments from matching emails
- Provides license management and administrative features
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Have a valid Gmail account
- Have a valid license for the Service (if required)
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
4.2 Gmail Authorization
- You must authorize the Service to access your Gmail account
- You understand that the Service requires read-only access to your Gmail account
- You can revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google account settings
5. License and Usage Rights
5.1 License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business use.
5.2 License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Share, resell, or sublicense your license
5.3 License Validity
- Licenses are valid for the period specified in your license agreement
- Licenses may be revoked for violation of these Terms
- Expired licenses will result in Service termination
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Not use the Service to send spam or malicious content
- Maintain the security of your account and Gmail credentials
7. Email Processing and Privacy
7.1 Email Access
- The Service accesses your Gmail account with read-only permissions
- Email content and attachments are processed locally on your device
- We do not store email content or attachments on our servers
7.2 Print Patterns
- You are responsible for configuring print patterns
- You are responsible for ensuring print patterns comply with applicable laws
- We are not responsible for emails printed due to misconfigured patterns
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Rights
- The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Grasp Visual
- All trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property
- You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service
8.2 Your Content
- You retain ownership of your emails and data
- By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your emails as necessary to provide the Service
9. Free Trials
9.1 Trial Period
- We may offer a free trial period for new users, currently 14 days from the date of registration
- During the trial period, you will have access to the full functionality of the Service
- No payment information is required to start a free trial
9.2 Trial Expiration
- At the end of the trial period, your access to the Service will be suspended until you purchase a subscription or license
- Free trials do not automatically convert to paid subscriptions. You must affirmatively choose and purchase a plan to continue using the Service after the trial ends
- Any data and configuration created during the trial period will be retained for 90 days after trial expiration, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy
10. Payment, Subscriptions, and Billing
10.1 Pricing and Plans
- The Service is available under the following plan types: Monthly subscription, Annual subscription, and Lifetime (one-time purchase)
- Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of purchase
- All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are inclusive of the base service fee; applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST) are calculated and collected by our payment processor at checkout based on your location
10.2 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions
- By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service in addition to these Terms
- We do not store, process, or have access to your full payment card information; all payment data is handled directly by the payment processor
- You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate
10.3 Subscription Auto-Renewal
- Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, respectively) unless you cancel before the renewal date
- You will be charged the then-current subscription price at each renewal. If the price has changed, you will be notified at least 30 days before the new price takes effect (see Section 10.6)
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file at the applicable billing interval
- Renewal charges are processed on or near the anniversary of your original subscription date
10.4 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal or by contacting us at info@graspvisual.com
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for
- No partial or prorated refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing period after cancellation, unless otherwise required by applicable law
- After your subscription expires following cancellation, your license will be deactivated and the Service will stop processing emails
10.5 Lifetime Licenses
- Lifetime licenses grant perpetual access to the Service as it exists at the time of purchase and future updates
- Lifetime licenses are non-transferable and are tied to the purchasing account
- Lifetime licenses do not include guaranteed access to future products or services that are separate from the Service
- In the event we discontinue the Service entirely, lifetime license holders will receive at least 12 months advance notice
10.6 Price Changes
- We may change subscription prices at any time
- For active subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days advance written notice (via email) before any price increase takes effect
- If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect
- Price changes do not affect Lifetime licenses already purchased
- Promotional or introductory pricing may be offered at our discretion and may be subject to different terms
11. Refunds
11.1 Refund Policy
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase for Monthly and Annual subscriptions
- Lifetime license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase
- After the applicable refund period, refunds are provided only as required by law or at our sole discretion
11.2 Annual Subscription Refunds
- For Annual subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day refund window but before the end of the annual billing period, prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the unused portion of the subscription
11.3 How to Request a Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted by emailing info@graspvisual.com with your account email address and reason for the request
- Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via our payment processor
- Upon refund, your license will be deactivated and access to the Service will cease
11.4 Non-Refundable Items
- Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period are non-refundable (you may cancel to prevent future renewals)
- Partial billing periods are non-refundable upon cancellation

12. Service Availability and Modifications
12.1 Availability
- We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- We are not liable for Service unavailability
12.2 Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
- We will provide reasonable notice of material changes
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modifications
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
- You may stop using the Service at any time
- You may cancel your subscription as described in Section 10.4
- You may revoke Gmail access through your Google account settings
13.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to pay required fees
- Your license expires or is revoked
- We discontinue the Service
13.3 Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We may delete your account data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including Sections 8, 11, 14, 15, and 16)
14. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
14.1 Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14.2 Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
14.3 Exclusions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grasp Visual and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Dispute Resolution Process
- First, contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute
- If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
- Class action lawsuits are waived
17. Third-Party Services
17.1 Payment Processor
- Our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy (operated by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, a Stripe company), acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases
- The payment processor handles all payment card processing, sales tax calculation and remittance, invoicing, and receipt generation
- Your use of the payment processor is subject to their own terms and privacy policy
- We are not responsible for the payment processor's performance, availability, or handling of your payment data
17.2 Google Services
- The Service integrates with Google Gmail API for email processing functionality
- Your use of Gmail through the Service is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- We access your Gmail account with read-only permissions and do not store email content on our servers
18. General Provisions
18.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable subscription terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grasp Visual regarding the Service.
18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
18.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
18.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
18.5 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or Service notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
